I don't think there is anyone out there who doesn't want to live healthy lifestyle but at the same time, I know how overwhelming it can be. At the begining, there are hundreds of questions in mind about what to eat and what to avoid, how to exercise and how often to exercise and etc. When I decided to start living healthy lifestyle I was quite confused, I didn't know from where to start and how to continue, but I knew, I needed to change my lifestyle not for my physical appearance but for my health, first and most. I personally started doing right things one at the time. First, I quit smoking, then coffee, then sweet, then started excercise.
