Happy Monday beauties,
How was your weekend? I hope, you had great time. I was planning to go to a road trip this weekend but my daughter's playdate changed my plans. So I ended up going to one of my favorite spots outside of New York City __ in West New York. (Those of you who follow me on Instagram must have seen yesterday in my InstaStories.)

After we spent time at the square we went to the ice cream shop (since there is no trip without ice cream for Lima, haha) . Of course, I didn't even try any ice cream (you can read about the reasons in this post: How I lost 18 pounds last one month without dieting or going to gym).

Later, we went for dinner and that was probably the first time I forgot to take pics of the food, obviously I was really hungry haha.

DeleteI love NYC, I have been there twice and my husband proposed to me in Central Park :) his family is actually there for vacation. I did read your weight loss blog post and it does make sense that high fructose corn syrup causes a lot of obesity. I tried the gelato in Italy and it was amazing. I will say though that the activity levels played a part: in NYC, we walked around a lot and took the subway, and even though we didn't eat the best (pizza, Halaal guys, pasta, brunch), and I still lost 4 pounds! I would love to go back :)

How amazing it is that your husband proposed to you in Central Park, wow. As for loosing 4 pounds, good for you Hannah, and I think, everyone's body reacts differently. My sister can eat morning to night only junck food and will never gain even one pound. not fair at all haha. Hope, you are having a wonderful day. xx
