Sometimes, (or I should say, quite many times,) when I'm not sure what to wear, I just wear black outfit that's easy to accessorize and gives me some confidence. Here, I'm wearing these wide leg pants and cut out sleeve blouse with a statement necklace and white mini bag that I bought in Paris and it's still my favorite bag.

On another note, you may notice that my hair is damaged, so damaged (thanks to color treatment,) that I need to get a haircut that scares me because last time I had short hair was when I was in elementary school . But I have no choice, I promised myself that I will never go for blonde hair anymore__ it was waste of money ($500), time and nerves. Anyways, I can't wait to see how short hair will look on me, I just hope, that I will not regret.

DeleteThis is a great look and can not go wrong with H to T black, I use to do this in my teens b/c we did not have a lot of money and then I was goth/punk so it worked! Yeah going very light can really damage your hair and then there is not going back. I am sure your new cut will look great.

A total black outfit is a great option for days when you don't know what to wear. I wear black a lot but I make sure I use bright and colourful accessories like scarves, statement necklaces and earrings.

That cut out sleeve top is just pretty. I do agree with you that when I do not know what to wear, I myself will end up putting on something black although it is not a colour I prefer to wear.
